Where We Deliver
Currently, we deliver only within the USA.

Order Processing Time
We work swiftly to process orders. Orders placed before 5 PM are generally processed on the same day, while those placed after 5 PM are processed on the next business day. However, please note that processing delays may occur due to factors like payment authorization, holidays, or unforeseen courier pickup issues. We start working on your order once we receive full payment.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are approximately $7 for a 3-5 business day delivery window, but they are subject to change. We utilize services from USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping, and the charges can vary based on your location, order quantity, and delivery timeline chosen during checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping as part of ongoing promotions.

Delivery Timeline
For regular shipping within the continental United States, you can expect delivery in 3-5 business days. If you need faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options during checkout. Deliveries are made during the regular business hours of our shipping partners. In the case of custom orders, delivery times can range from 15 to 30 days, depending on the dress type, design complexity, and quantity. While we strive to process orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced by courier companies.

Shipping Address
It's important to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, as this is where your orders will be delivered. You can enter your shipping address during checkout or save it in your profile if you have an account. Please be aware that your shipping address may differ from your billing address, which is the address registered with your credit card company. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Some couriers may charge a fee for incorrect shipping addresses. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the payment, and in the event of reshipping, the customer bears the full cost of the product and shipment. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Your orders are insured until they are delivered to the specified shipping address, and this coverage comes at no cost to you. If the shipping company fails to deliver your order or if it is damaged during transit, Muvva's Boutique will take responsibility for the loss. We will either refund your payment or replace the product at no additional cost. However, please be aware that Muvva's Boutique is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Shipment Tracking
Once the package has been shipped by the carrier, our team will contact you via email or phone. We will provide you with the tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking numbers are managed by the courier, and it may take 24-48 hours from dispatch for the tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Delays
In the event of shipping delays caused by our end, we will promptly reach out to you via email or SMS. If we are unable to fulfill your order within a reasonable time, perhaps due to reasons like a product going out of stock, we will contact you. If you choose to cancel your order, we will provide a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies.
