Cancellation Window

You have the flexibility to cancel orders within 24 hours of placing them. This can be done conveniently through our self-service online option or by reaching out to us via email.

Exceptions to the Rule

After the initial 24-hour period, we typically do not accept cancellations, with some exceptions. Please note that products on sale generally cannot be canceled once an order has been placed. However, certain circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to Muvvas Boutique's discretion.

Customized Product Policy

Customized products, unless they have a manufacturing defect, are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges. We take care to ensure the quality of our customized items, but if there's a manufacturing issue, we're here to make it right.
